• All the necessary safeguards, programs, and equipment are put in place to adhere with regulations and greatly reduce the potential for injuries.
• Before each project, the construction team does a safety orientation to discuss project-specific risks and preventive measures.
• Weekly “tailgate” meetings are conducted to remind all employees of the paramount importance of safety, and the necessity of every individual’s buy-in.
• All Atlas / Pellizzari project supervisors maintain safety training certifications organized by industry partners including OSHA, NECA and IBEW.
